Toothfairy takes over Oslo’s notorious The Villa

Toothfairy is ready to take over one of Oslo most notorious club scene for their annual show during Øyafestivalen’s “Klubbdagen”. Having presented acts such as ARY, Frøder, CLMD and Pasha in past during the intimate get down, the show has been known for its crazy energy and hyped lineup. With a constant line several blocks down, Toothfairy’s show at The Villa has become an event people don’t want to miss out on!

Kicking off the line up the Grammy nominated electro pop act Coucheron, The Villa is already guaranteed to be ignited by playful, clubby popbeats. Recently topping Hype Machine with his latest collaboration with Sval, COucheron has promissed new bangers in his newly refined live setup. Carl Louis is also performing during the show case, bringing new music as he just started the roll out for his new project – now adding his own vocals to his soundscape of dreamy indietronica. Norway’s youngest godfather of hip – hop, JNS, has also announced a set sparking speculations around potential guest appearances (JNS has produced big tracks for acts such as Lars Vaular, Ezzari, Snow Boys, Pasha, Unge Ferrari, Tomine Harket +++).

Ponette presents one of the alternative bands of the night; combining distorted and glitchy electronica with soothing pop vocals, the band has impressed the likes of Mr. Suicide Sheep and Cloud Kid with their latest release – harvesting a million streams withing it’s first month of release. One of the labels most exciting signings, SOFIA, will also perform at during her first show in Oslo.

Prettyboi Gov is wrapping up the night with a few of his friends. Being the DJ of artists such as Pasha, Rebmoe, Soul Gem, Snowboys and Chris Abolade, the crowd can expect a wide variety of uptempo bangers with an urban flavor.

Pasha takes back the ‘fro

Staying busy this spring with multiple shows during this year’s SXSW and a few selected shows in Scandinavia, Pasha is ready with new music. I GOT THE JUICE is an eclectic track with playful production from the underground electro soul artist Jerry Folk. Combining Folk’s wild arsenal of playful sounds and Pasha’s playful and laidback flow, the new single surely an edgy addition to you summer party playlist!

Accompanied by a music video by Espen Kopreitan, the song was premiered via NRK P3’s prime time show Yasmin and 730.no.

JNS’ new summer banger hits NRK P3

JNS has been releasing banger all year. Releasing singles such as “Relevant feat. Larsiveli”, “Bounce feat. Mhina” and “Kan Ikke Si Nei” has made him difficult to avoid the past 6 months. Releasing his new summer track “Igjen” last week, the track has been buzzing ever since and made it to NRK P3’s playlists this week.

JNS has also been releasing tracks with Ezzari, Snow Boys, Splashbros and Eddy & Zino between his own solo project.

SOFIA returns with the dancy single “Hollow”

With over half a million streams on her first two singles, SOFIA has gained a lot of attention around her solo project over the past year. Via collaborations with the Grammy nominated producer Coucheron, SOFIA has already received praise from big names such as the YouTube-giant CloudKid, Clash Magazine Nothing But Hope And Passion, 730.no and Klassekampen.

SOFIA first appeared on Coucheron’s single release “Loud” as a featured artist, singer and songwriter. With airplay in the U.S., Norway and Germany as well as topping Hype Machine’s most popular chart, it became evident that the young singer had a promising career ahead.

Returning to the studio last year, SOFIA began crafting the sound of her upcoming EP. Working with producers such as Coucheron and JNS, SOFIA played around with both organic and electronic sounds and came up with a delightful blend perfectly complimenting her distinct voice and melodies.

Returning to the spotlight in 2018 with “Fake It” and “Follow You”, tastemakers around the globe continued to praise SOFIA’s unique approach to pop music which landed her a sync on NRK’s international TV series “Lovleg” in addition to airplay Norway and Germany.

Now she’s ready with her new single “Hollow” produced by Toothfairy-colleague JNS.

Coucheron’s “Cold” hit #1 on Hype Machine

After the glittering success of his fresh and exciting single ‘Warrior’ ft. Tilla earlier this year, as well as his Kehlani collaboration ‘Alive’, which earned him his first GRAMMY nomination, Norwegian producer Coucheron now looks to keep the vibes high as we roll into summer with ‘Cold’ ft. SVAL.

Combining the glossy and uplifting bounce of Passion Pit with the eccentricities of Mura Masa, ‘Cold’ stands out amongst the producer’s catalogue as one of his more captivating works. Maintaining a strong electro-pop rhythm but filling it with bold and exciting technical flair, the Scandinavian beatmaker looks to deliver a smooth and engaging summer anthem that never panders to mainstream expectations.

Over the years, Coucheron has become one of the more in-demand producers on the electronic scene, gifting his remixing talents to the likes of Mayer Hawthorne, B.o.B, CeeLo Green, Charlie Puth, Nick Jonas, Pitbull and Noonie Bao, as well as seeing his latest credit on Bearson & Lemaitre’s ‘It’s Not This’ added to the soundtrack for EA Sports computer game ‘Fifa 19’.

Having already sustained a fanbase on the Hype Machine charts in recent months, Coucheron has since extended his streaming presence into the world of Spotify, garnering over 40 millions streams to date and still climbing. “Meltdown” close to 1 million on its first month

Getting support from some of Youtube’s biggest tastemakers, Ponette’s second Toothfairy release “Meltdown” had an impressive first month. Supported by both Mr. Suicide Sheep and CloudKid, their massive following love the electro banger and has resulted in almost 1 million views within the first month.
